Motherhood is not for the weak - Join us to get strong!

Dr. Danielle Racioppi (Back to Me Physical Therapy), leads exercises designed to rebuild mom's post-baby core and pelvic floor. Through baby-included movements, baby will work on gross motor skills too. Ideal for mommy/baby pairs 6 weeks to 8 months postpartum. Class size is limited to allow for one to one moments of care!

Wednesdays 11 am - 12 pm

$49 for mommy & baby pair / class
